Deposit<\/strong>:
Non-Refundable Deposit
A non- refundable 50% deposit as per quotation is required on signing of contract to secure your booking. Please quote your name and event date on transfer. The date of the services rendered \/event booking is only confirmed when the deposit has been paid and the contract is signed. The deposit is credited against the cost of the chosen package.<\/p>\n

Trial<\/strong>
Your Bridal Makeup Trial is compulsory as it will give you and I an idea of how you would look on your Big Day. We will also play around with different looks and colours to determine what suits you best. Your trial will cost R450.00 which is non- refundable. This amount is payable via cash or EFT before or on the day of your trial (card facilities available). The trial will be done at a venue decided on by both parties.<\/p>\n

Travelling fee:<\/strong>
A travel fee will apply if venue for make-up artistry service is more than 20km away from my studio (20km Round trip)and will be charged at R5.00 per km<\/p>\n

Payment<\/strong>
Full payment is due a week before the date of the wedding\/ event \/ media release (cash or electronic transfer only – no cheques or bank deposits) a receipt will be issued as proof of payment. All payments must be settled before the wedding day\/ event, failure to make payment in full will result in no services being delivered.<\/p>\n

Cancellation<\/strong>
Cancellation within eight weeks of the wedding\/ events requires 50% payment of complete booking ie. Including additional bookings bridesmaids, etc. Cancellation within 3 weeks of the wedding requires 100 % payment of complete booking including additional bookings (bridesmaids etc). If you have booked additional family members and only the additional family members are cancelled you will be liable for full payment of the value of each of the additional bookings.<\/p>\n

Liability<\/strong>
The client hereby relinquishes Makeup Artistry by Kanneshri of any liability (including allergic reactions to products used etc) which may arise through the use of their products (make up, brushes etc).<\/p>\n
